Company's shareholders are PT BCA Finance (Group BCA) and PT Sinar Mitra worth (SMS) Finance (Group SMS). Supported by the BCA bank, the largest private bank in Indonesia, the company continues to expand its business by creating a competitive advantage to create a good outcome for consumers, car manufacturers, dealers, and shareholders and all employees of CSF.

PT CS Finance Indonesia was established by deed No.95 dated 29 April 2010 and has received approval from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia. AHU 23631.AH.01.01 Year 2010 as of May 10, 2010. Company officially operate on September 17, 2010 with permission from the Ministry of Finance No.KEP-523/KM.10/2010, obtained on September 3, 2010.

The company currently focused on the financing of motor vehicles, especially the production of Japanese motorcycles. From time to time, our company seeks to continuously increase its market share, either through the implementation of appropriate strategies, to expand the opening of new branches and by always providing the best service to its customers.
