BU Coordinator - CPDT

Work Location: Jakarta

• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.

Including:

• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Actively promote positive safety culture. Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

1. Compliance to work instructions.
2. Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
3. identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit

• Assist the workshop supervisor to schedule workshop activities to maximise efficiency, including:
• prioritise and schedule repair and maintenance of equipment
• implement waste management controls
• maintain good standards of housekeeping practices in workshop and yard.

1. Coordinate personnel and equipment for customer jobs and complete necessary paperwork. Source additional personnel and equipment from other locations if required. Where applicable, manage field personnel utilisation effectively including scheduling vacations to minimise excessive accrual of vacation days whilst satisfying operation needs.
2. Responsible for employee supervision, performance management and coordinating training.
3. Assist with customer enquiries as required.
4. Perform field duties as required.
5. Prepare quotations, assist with tenders.
6. Other duties as directed.

• QHSSE procedural knowledge.
• Strong operational and technical skills in relation to relevant Weatherford products and services.
• Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop staff to full potential.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Good knowledge of oilfield product and services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in oilfield services.
• Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
• Forklift Certificate
