Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was established in 1998 as a consequence of increasing globalisation and trend toward efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry.

After a worldwide merger between pharmaceutical giant Glaxo International and Burroughs Wellcome in 1996, a group of foreign and local investors acquired ex-PT.Burroughs Wellcome manufacturing plant in Indonesia and established a new company, which is called Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories which has a status as a foreign investment company and registered with Indonesian Coordinating Investment Board (BKPM).

In expanding our business - currently the company needs special person with high integrity to fill the position as:

Recruitment Analysis Staff (Code: RAS)

Responsibilities:

• To analyze psychological assessment result and compile its report in recruitment and selection process
• Liaise with the user for recruitment & selection process progress

Requirements:

• Psychologist (graduate from profession program), preferably with minor in Industrial & Organization
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment with psychological evaluation process but not limited into test administration and scoring
• Max 27 years old
• Familiar with psychological assessment tools for recruitment and selection
