Work Location : Jakarta, IndonesiaResponsibilities
- Responsible for overall HR functions of the Company including recruitment and staffing, people development, performance management, administrtaion, data management, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relation and etc.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or other related education field.
- Minimum 5 year job experience in HR field.
- Good understanding in HR system, regulations and practices, preferably from coal mining company.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good computer skills
