Key tasks- Prepared room assignment for room attendant.
- Conduct daily briefing with room attendant and issue all information related with hotel operational and any new standard.
- Well inform to room attendant any VIP guest and special requested.
- Inspect all status of room such as Vacant room, Occupied room, VIP room and showing room and make sure all special guest request are in order.
- Update room status to be ready to sold.
- Follow up any discrepancies in room status.
- Ensures the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained in all rooms and in all area.
- Keeps stock records and ensures suffient stock of cleaning supplies and guest supplies are available.
- Handles guest complaints and missing or damaged items in guestrooms.
