Compensation and Benefit Analyst (International)

The Company is seeking candidates for the position of Compensation and Benefit Analyst (International), with the following qualifications :
- Possess a bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Mathematics, Statistic, Informatics, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Management
- Have adequate knowledge in expatriate Compensation and Benefits system, especially in Oil & Gas Industry
- Good basic statistic skills, data analysis, and market survey
- Have sufficient knowledge in Planning and Budgeting
- Able to think reasonable and systematic
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Excellent in Excel, and other Microsoft Office Programs)
- Good communication and human relation skills
