Key tasks- Good Physical performance
- Minimum 2 year experience as a banquet captain or 1 year experience as a Supervisor in a five star hotel.
- Supervise, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff, so that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standard.
- Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guest. Making and collect payments where specified. Maintain cleanliness and condition of personnel, the work areas and equipment.
