Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the nations’s leading consumer goods companies. This highly respected company is seeking the very best candidate to fill the position of CTP Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies
• Create and develop program, promotion and training to increase revenue
• Coordinate communications projects with vendors and designers for the development and production of event promotion materials, Web site production and other collateral
• Provide writing and communication mechanisms for all promotional, program, Web site content, collateral and other media communication
• Serve as internal liaison to the meetings department and other staff resources
• Review and edit existing promotional programs, promotional materials, training for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (min.) from reputable university
• No older than 35 years of age
• Seven years’ experience (min.), preferably in food and beverage industry
• Target-oriented person
• Can work well independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent writing skills, business proposals, letters, etc. both in English and Indonesian
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Superior professionalism and judgment
• Strong work ethic
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
