One of the leading insurance companies in Indonesia is looking for the best talent for the position of Head of Organizational Architecture & Business Process Management. The company is seeking candidates with initiative to plan, execute and finalize assigned projects. The winning applicant will have project management experience as well as highly tuned commercial and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Design and development of processes to meet business requirements/targets and to manage these requirements
• Ensure effective and consistent deployment of processes
• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand all customer requirements, also including other business areas
• Proactive continuous improvement to ensure validity of processes in line with customer needs
• Avoid duplications of processes or solutions
• Management of the process implementation/project
• Create and maintain an implementation plan
• Identify and assign necessary skills for successful implementation
• Preparation and monitoring of piloting/ testing
• Closing and documentation of process implementation/project
• Act as an expert and advisor on all process implementation and project management issues and needs
• Manage people, eg. project staff
• Analyze the organizational structure
• Identify the weak points within the organizational structure
• Develop measures for efficiency enhancements
• Act as an expert and advisor on all organization related issues and needs
• Act as a change agent within the organization
• Monitor all measures with potential impact on rules, manuals or standards
• Identify organizational implications of rules, manuals or standards
• Define technical requirements
• Act as an expert and advisor on all organizational related issues and needs
• Act as a facilitator for clearance on potentially conflicting rules, manuals or standards
• Proactive continuous improvement to ensure consistent set of rules, manuals and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major
• Five years’ experience (min.) in the same position, preferably within financial industry
• Understand the insurance business and system concepts
• Knowledge about organizational management
• Knowledge of change and quality management
• Knowledge of relevant computer or system applications
• Have communication and presentation skill
• Ability to work on several concurrent projects and priorities
• Strong oral and written Indonesian and English
