- Design and development of processes to meet business requirements/targets and to manage these requirements
- Ensure effective and consistent deployment of processes

- Monitor all measures with potential impact on rules, manuals or standards
- Identify organizational implications of rules, manuals or standards
- Define technical requirements
- Act as an expert and advisor on all organizational related issues and needs
- Act as a facilitator for clearance on potentially conflicting rules, manuals or standards
- Proactive continuous improvement to ensure consistent set of rules, manuals and standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major
- Five years’ experience (min.) in the same position, preferably within financial industry
- Understand the insurance business and system concepts
- Knowledge about organizational management
- Knowledge of change and quality management
- Knowledge of relevant computer or system applications
- Have communication and presentation skill
- Ability to work on several concurrent projects and priorities
- Strong oral and written Indonesian and English
