Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem. Documents all inspection, maintenance and repair work as required. Instructs customers in operation and maintenance of systems and equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problesm. May serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the quality of installation services & works in accordance with the approved installation instructions;
- Provide on-site technical support of jointing works, first level of investigation on cases happening after installation;
- Provide site report & jointer’s performance;
- Demo and train the jointing personnel to be qualified jointers;
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure installation services performed smoothly;
- Bachelor degree, major in electrical or other related engineering.
- 5 years proven experience in site supervision and coordination.
- Strong skills and experiences in product installation works.
- Work independent with team work attitude.
- Quality assurance knowledge is desirable.
- Has passion to investigate the root cause of problems
- Fluent in English & Indonesian speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
