Legally registered with the Ministry of Law in 2008, AGI developed from PT Anugrah Batu Hirang , a coal mining company that was established in 2001, which transformed into a mining company dealing with local and international buyers.

Site Manager

Responsibilities :

• Implementation of production planning
• Dewatering of the mines area
• Safety of Mine area
• Discipline of Subordinate
• Coordination with mechanical department
• Report to Dinas Tambang
• Direct subordinate Production Foreman

Education Background and Experience :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): manage production, team leader and motivator.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Mining engineer Degree
• AMDAL knowledge
• Certified for Site Manager
• Certified for Pengawasan Operasional Pertama (POP),Pengawasan Operasional Madya(POM) and Pengawasan Operasional Utama(POU)
• Ready to work in a remote area
• Ready to work in the field everyday
• Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining field
• Leadership qualities to lead foremen, operators and drivers
