Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years, educational psychologists profession
• Master the interpretation of psychological test instrument
• Mastering the technique of selection and interview effectively
• Able to develop a recruitment and selection strategy
• Have extensive networking in the process of sourcing
• Can work completed recruitment targets within a limited time
