Legally registered with the Ministry of Law in 2008, AGI developed from PT Anugrah Batu Hirang , a coal mining company that was established in 2001, which transformed into a mining company dealing with local and international buyers.

Now we open opportunities for high qualified candidates to join and growth with us and filling the position as:

Head of Mining Engineering (KTT)

Work Location: Riau

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all government regulations and procedures at the site
• In charge of health safety and environment
• Prepare mining, safety and environment report

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
• Posses KTT / Hold Certificate POM
• Fluent in English both oral & written, Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Expert in Mining Operations, Including environmental, health & safety aspects
• Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
• Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Able to make project budget preparation and control
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
• To be located in Sumatera, with rotation schedule
