Responsibilities:
- Design & develop training & development programs based on both the organizations' and individual needs.
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business and operation managers;
- Design and implement company wide-processes to identify 'high potential' individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
- Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
- Developing effective induction programs;
- Devising individual learning plans;
- Producing training materials for in-house courses;
- Control career management and succession planning program
- Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs is becoming increasingly important;
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;
- Evaluating training and development programs;
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
- Increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources / Psychology from reputable university.
- At least 5-9 years experiences in training and development area
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
- Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill
- Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
- Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
- Young, dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.
- Having an effective training skill and being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently interacting with the team
- Creative, forward thinker.
