Legally registered with the Ministry of Law in 2008, AGI developed from PT Anugrah Batu Hirang , a coal mining company that was established in 2001, which transformed into a mining company dealing with local and international buyers.

Trading Executives

Responsibilities :

• Assist branch team with pre-screening & validating sales leads
• Conduct in-depth market research identifying potential opportunities
• Process paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties as needed
• Gather & analyze sales trend data to prepare reports for Trading Manager
• Learn Standard Operating Procedures (i.e. work orders, contract, purchase orders, payment)
• Support team by providing quotes (FCO) to customers
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of staff
• Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility to assist other depts.

Education Background and Experience :

• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree from any discipline (Technical background could be an advantage)
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Required language(s): English
• Minimum of 2 year experience in coal sales or legal environment
• Strong negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels internally/externally
• Detail oriented and strong personal accountability
• Superior time management / organization
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows based software, e.g. MS Office
• Willing to work in field and traveling
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to identify issues and offer alternative solutions and/or course of action
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to perform related warehouse duties as needed
• Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
