Our client is the leading commercial and industrial property Web site in the Asia-Pacific region, providing the largest database of the most up-to-date listings to help consumers make the most informed decisions. This exciting company, a part of Asia’s No. 1 online property group, is seeking a Consumer and Customer Marketing Manager. The winning candidate will: formulate marketing communication and execution plans focused on increasing consumer traffic, engagement, number of leads, customer penetration, revenue growth, ARPA and retention. This will be driven by consistent and meaningful communication and coordination with the product managers, communications managers, editor and the internet marketing manager and sales teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and customer markets
• Grow consumer traffic and leads through campaign execution
• Develop consumer and customer brand positioning, and grow brand awareness through public relations
• Marketing and product efficiencies
• Design marketing communications strategy for consumers and each customer segment aligned to business goals and objectives
• Contribute to the development of business strategy and direction in conjunction with leadership team and other business units

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (min) in marketing or related field
2. Three years’ experience in a customer-orientated environment
3. Experience in a digital/online industry
4. Strong communication skills
5. Ability to understand customer needs
6. Strong written and presentation skills
7. Strong team player
8. Enthusiasm for the business you work in
9. Honesty and integrity
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks
