Contract Administrator

Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities of position are to handle issues regarding contract and bid in assisting the companies on the procurement process in compliance to prevailing regulation (CNOOC regulation and government regulation)

Requirements:

1. Minimum University Degree in Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, fresh graduate is acceptable.
2. Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
3. Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required
4. Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration is beneficial
