Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physiology, Law, Human Capital Resources, Management
- Male/Female max 30 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience as recruitment or HRD Officer
- Mastering in Labor Law No. 13
- Proficient in English & computer literate
- Strong and effective leadership
- Sound negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, attention to details, trustworthy, hardworking, willing to work on overtime when necessary
- Detail, meticolous, able to work within tight schedule, self motivated & team player
