Description

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations for the Department, including but not limited to the following:

• Collecting cross functional project information from product line and the account teams; assistant department managers in report preparation on identifying opportunities as required by company procedures (sales forecast management)
• Managing project operational activities including:

• Sales project team set up;
• Assisting in initial risk assessment based on company policy;
• Collecting and consolidating project status for management review.

• Facilitating and providing guidance and support during process implementation; and supporting the implementation of tools/systems/programs to optimize quality
• Providing sales analysis reports on a regular basis as well as recommendations

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong team player – ability to work effectively in a team
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Outstanding computer skills(Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Have a strong sense of urgency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in communications, computer, business or equivalent field or experience and an understanding of technology-based applications and marketing communications or a related area.
• Must have enough working knowledge of how mail communications technologies work to effectively manage requirements and execution with company technical staff.
