Export Import Officer

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipment arrangement, including monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment status
• Responsible for activities related with customs and duties, including preparing documents, review and updating
• Prepare, collect related data and calculate landed cost
• Monitor and control transportation cost for inbound and outbound, including domestic deliveries.
• Monitor, verify and approval in e-Payable for the forwarder invoices
• Monitor forwarder performances regularly thru KPI monitoring
• Maintain good relationship and communication with shipper (supplier or factory) at origin.
• Maintain dan develop communication with external parties (customs and forwarders)
• With approval from SCM Manager, to select and decide appointed forwarder based on standard criterias of service quality, price and responsiveness
• To develop and decide performance criteria and parameter for forwarder
• To check and give approval on forwarder invoices
• To decide standard shipment lead time based on historical shipment and best practices
• To give suggestion and logistics concern for transportation mode use to the internal user

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from various subject, Transportasi/Logistics background is preffered
• 2 years experience in Export - Import. Held PPJK certificate is preffered
• Knowledge in Export and Import process
• Knowledge in Indonesian customs rules and regulation
• Knowledge in forwarding and transportation services
• Active English is a must
• Good and familiar in operating programe
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
