Safety Officer

Work Location: Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat

Responsibilities:

• Assist the implementation of Routine / regular Safety activities at each site / branch
• Responsible for the use of Personal protective equipment (PPE) for all staff, and also to review the feasibility of the PPE
• To Make sure that all accident handling procedure are followed correctly and to make accident report based on the standard format and then send it to the related parties
• Assist on the implementations of accident investigation activities, all work risk assessment at PT Atlas Copco Fluidcon so that HSE could be implemented properly
• assist the implementation of monitoring and periodic inspection of the premises, workplace, working equipment, safety equipment and vehicle operations so that the health aspect can be maintained
• Make periodic report (monthly) for branch safety performance to Safety Coordinator
• Conducting safety induction for new hired workers in each site / branch
• Report to NNT for monthly safety tracker, lifting and rigging report and general inspection.
• Arrange all equipments for quarterly tagging and inspection thru NNT.
• Arrange new employee for getting badge and safety induction.
• Responsible for any safety required by NNT related to people, tools, and environment.
• Arrange our employee for getting training as per NNT requirement.
• Responsible and as company representative to related safety and environment.
• Attend monthly safety committee meeting and contractor meeting held by NNT.
• Responsible for any PPE required based on NNT golden rule/safety standard
• Regular inspection of tools, work area and employee attitude follow to safety regulation.
• Present safety topics and participate in weekly internal safety meetings

Authority :

• To do inspection / Internal Safety audit in each branch
• To decide weather the PPE is worth to be replaced before it prior to maturity
• To release a warning letter for the offence of safety related issues

Requirements:

1. knowledge of safety system and applications in ACF
2. Knowledge in ISO18001 is an advantage
3. Can use office equipment such as phone, fax machine, copier machine, and computer.
4. Ability to use Bahasa and English actively and passive
5. Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Outlook)
6. Initiative, Interpersonal understanding, Cooperative
7. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
8. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
9. Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
10. Full-Time positions available.
11. Job location is in NUSA TENGGARA BARAT -SUMBAWA
