ACF Drilling Trainer

Work Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

• Primarily to work closely with, and report directly to, the ADS SEA Drill Training Project Manager.
• The role will potentially lead to the candidate taking on a role as the ACF National Drill Operations trainer throughout SEA
• Delivery of on site theoretical and practical drill operational training across ACF customer sites in Kalimantan
• Keep and maintain training records
• Assistance with the development of training resources
• Assistance with the commissioning phase of new drill rig deliveries
• Liaise with ACF customers and assist with providing solutions to drill operational issues

Requirements:

• Having technical drill knowledge and previous exposure to drilling operations
• Having experience operating percussive and Rotary drill rigs
• Having 2-3 years experience in a training and/or mentoring role in similar industry
• English literacy
• Some previous computing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
