Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor profitability throughout company, including segments, channels, lines of business and products
- Track key performance indicators
- Track focus of growth and portfolio mix to be in line with strategies
- Monitor actions of problematic products
- Conduct Technical Underwriting Review (TUR), Peers Review or UFR in order to assure front line underwriting quality and to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor performance of service providers by cost and benefit analysis
- Maintain underwriting authority register
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- Perform statistical analysis and provide reports to facilitate management decision making
- Capable of presenting analyzed results in logical form
- Business acumen
- Execute projects independently
- Well versed in use of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Pivot Table
- Fluent English, written and verbal
