You are an experienced engineer in industrial environment and have a strong project management skill. You are a team player with good communication skills. You are achievement oriented and strive for exceptional results.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will join the Industrial Development Center of Philip Morris Products S.A. in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. After an initial training period, where you will learn the specificities of tobacco processing and cigarette manufacturing, you will become part of our Technical Support team that is supporting the development of the company's new products.
- Puropose, manage and execute technical projects based on innovating and diverse technologies.
- Elaborate technical specifications for new equipment and ensure their implementation in our facility in collaboration with internal partners and suppliers.
- Manage several projects in parallel using standard project methodology
- Work in close collaboration with our process and manufacturing engineers in order to continuously improve our manufacturing processes.
- Engineering degree (EPF / HES / ES or equivalent).
- Comfortable in working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Commitment to deliver precision and accuracy.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Minimum three years experience in industrial project management
