MANUFACTURING ENGINEER for our INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER

YOU are a recent engineering graduate, motivated and ready to start your career in a manufacturing and process improvement environment. You are achievement-oriented and strive for exceptional results.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will join the Industrial Development Center of Philip Morris Products S.A. in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. After an initial training period, where you will learn the specificities of tobacco processing and cigarette manufacturing, you will become part of our PILOT MANUFACTURING team that is supporting the development of the company's new products. Ultimately, you may become responsible to run one or more of these manufacturing processes.

Specifically, you will

• Operate complex pilot processes requiring good technical expertise in collaboration with our partners.
• Organize the resources, define operating parameters and coach a small team of specialists in the execution of the various processes.
• Analyze the performance and drive continuous improvement of our processes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

WHO CAN APPLY

• Engineering degree (EPF / HES / ES or equivalent).
• Comfortable in working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Commitment to deliver precision and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate in English and French.
• Previous working experience is not required.
