PPIC Staff

Work Location: Bekasi, Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Make sure on time product delivery through good schedulingand planning
• Implement overall internal control activity
• Controlling & follow up stock level
• Overall control of incoming and outgoing product and recording
• Overall control of material receiving and registration
• Keep on time delivery to customer
• Controlling stock taking activity
• Monitor and follow up quantity problem
• Stock analysis
• issuance Monthly stock taking report
• issuance Periodical report
• issuance stock analysis report

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in related major preferably Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience as PPIC Staff, or having relevant experience, preferable on manufacturing company.
• Excellent in MS Office and computer skill, Material – Management and Inventory Control
• Having good knowledge ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
• Good analytical thinking, initiative, and detail-oriented person
• Able to work meet the tight deadline and excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Have good planning and management skills
• Having good English, both oral and written.
• Will be placed at Cikarang – Bekasi
• Must demonstrate initiative
• Willing to work under pressure
