Head of Mold Setter/Mold Tooling

Work Location: Jawa Barat - Kawasan Industri MM2100, Bekasi

Responsibilities:

• Controlling subordinates work
• Controlling Daily, weekly and monthly planning in department activities
• Directly informing the problem to Manager
• Follow up if there is a problem that occurred in the related department that department related activities
• Coordinate with subordinates what happens when there are problems in the related department
• Arrangement of Man power
• Implementation and control Kaizen Activities
• Controlling and taking action for indiscipline
• Provide direction and guidance to subordinates for jobs implemented
• To do superior instruction

Requirements:

• Male
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from technical background,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Manufacturing and at least 1 year experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of Mold construction, trouble shooting in Mold problems/Injection Process.
• Know/able to use the tools of work (Grinding, Milling, Drilling, CNC etc.)
• Having Strong Leadership
• Must demonstrate initiative
• Able to work under pressure
