Assistant Head of Accounting

Work location: Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing Accounting
• To ensure smooth operation of MIS and Computerized accounting system
• Prepare and Analyze financial report
• To actively participate in the preparation of the annual budgets and rolling forecast
• To Manage Regular communication / interaction with regional & Group Finance team
• Responsible for yearly closing of the current fiscal year into the new fiscal year
• Check all transaction and all document before payment process
• Supervise team to strict for aging AR & AP
• and many more that related

Requirements:

• Male/Female.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring accounting,
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferable from Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge in Accounting cycle.
• Good knowledge in Excel program.
• Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill
• Must demonstrate initiative
