Primary responsibility is to meet and exceed the assigned quota for sales of the company's products and services within the designated territory (geographical and vertical). Provide accurate forecasts, with consistent monitoring of sales pipeline.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work with reseller partner to develop and implement sales and account plan for the territory. The plan will focus on achieving assigned quota targets, developing the strategic position of the products in the territory, and building long-term relationships with customers in a consultative sales style.
Effectively communicate territory needs to executives within region as well other groups within the company, and secure resources necessary to close business.
Draft and negotiate contracts, using internal resources as required. Command excellent knowledge of the company's product line, including the basic features and benefits, technologies used, pricing, and competitive position.
Demonstrated track record of consistent achievement of sales targets in regional market.Education, Training and Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of top companies in designated territory.
High level communications skills (both written and oral)
Skilled in successfully presenting new technologies at high levels within organizations & large groups.
Creative problem solver, business builder and results oriented team player.
Ability to aggressively prospect new customers.
Ability to customize the communication/presentation of the company's product line and demonstrate how it aligns with the customer’s business needs.
Knowledge of our marketplace and competitive forces within marketplace
Willing to travel 50% or more of the time.
- At least 8 years of experience selling Software and Services, preferbly in a regional role.
- Undergraduate degree required
