Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with BPMIGAS, Petronas Carigali Indonesia Operation is looking for :
Drilling Engineer/Senior Drilling Engineer
Main Responsibility :
- Prepare optimized drilling program by consolidating geological and petroleum engineering data, data from offset well (if any) and from previous experience gained in order to ensure successful of the drilling program.
- Prepare accurate well AFE by identifying all cost elements required for the operations in order to achieve optimum operating cost and performance.
- Prepare the correct scope of work and technical specifications for tender packages by analysing and reviewing base requirements with respect to project needs in order to ensure the correct specification and requirements for the project and within approved cost.
- Reduce non-productive time and trouble cost by identifying problems, unnecessary and unsafe procedures and recommend remedial action to achieve optimum operating cost and performance.
- Prepare procedures/ manuals in drilling, work over and wire line activities to ensure technical integrity and compliance to PETRONAS requirements and industry standards.
- Plan detailed mobilization and load- out sequencing in order to ensure initial project start-up and pre-spud drilling materials, equipment and services are timely available.
- Bachelor Degree in any Engineering
- 3 - 5 years experience for Drilling Engineer and 10 years experience for Sr. Drilling Engineer in managing risk/crisis management in oil and gas industries is an added advantage
