Legal Officer
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal contracts, deed, and other legal documents related to daily business activities.
• Performs administrative duties including creating and preparing routine materials, proofreading, verifying, and editing all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity.
• Liaise with Minister of Finance and other related government institution in connection with company business operations.
• Performs research and analysis of routine legal problems and issues to be used as a basis for answering requests for legal opinions of daily business activities.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from reputable university with GPA min 3.00.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in legal field in insurance company or Lawyer in Law firm.
4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
5. Fluency in English both oral and written.
6. Job role in Legal Assistant/Paralegal or equivalent.
7. Detail oriented, good analytical skill, energetic and dynamic person, good attitude, good communication skill and a team player, able to work well in under pressure working environment.
8. Good knowledge in corporate legal and litigation, review agreement, handling, monitoring licenses and permit. Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate (e.g. preparing minutes of General Meeting of Shareholders, BOD/BOC Meeting, etc.), commercial, company licenses, litigation, regulatory compliance of the company, and legal documentation control/administration.
