Compensation Benefit Supervisor AXA Indonesia

Compensation & Benefit Supervisor (Human Resources)
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Analyze the Salary Survey result for business purposes
• Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop and / or enhance C&B policies, guidelines and processes for efficiencies and process simplification
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
• Maintain Human Resources Information System

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in any area
2. Advance understanding in Microsoft Excel, salary survey, HR policies, renumeration skill
3. Min 3-5 years of experience in Compensation Benefit, preferably from corporate (non-consulting)
4. Able to work as a team member in high volume work and long working-hours environment
