Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
  • Provide information products and services to customers.
  • Provide services and handle customer complaints in accordance to establish service standards.
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  4. Job role in Customer Services or equivalent.
  5. Have good communication skills, hardworking, and customer service oriented.
  6. Willing to work in shifts.
  7. Have good command of English (oral and written) and is computer literate (Words, Excel).
  8. Working experience in an Insurance Company is an advantage.
