Responsibilities

• Long Description : Foreman, U/G Infrastructure
• Basic Function : Organize and supervise the concrete production activities in order to provide quality concrete in supporting construction projects in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility :

1. Communicate Company's safety and environmental policy and procedure in order to promote subordinate's awareness of safety issues and that all tasks are performed safely.
2. Organize and supervise the concrete production activities in order to provide quality concrete in supporting construction projects in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate and control all equipment and batching plant utilization and allocation to ensure they are available and in good conditions at all times and to maximize the fulfillment of customer's requirements.
4. Analyze requests and perform filed inspection in order to determine the appropriate equipment to be used to produce required concrete.
5. Coordinate the transportation schedule with requesting departments and Construction for the smoothness of concrete transportation.
6. Coordinate maintenance schedule for equipment and batch plant to ensure all required equipment and batch plant maintenance are conducted according to its scheduled time.

The key challenges in this position include:

• In facing the emergency requests, the incumbent must be able to communicate promptly and accurately, e.g. recommending the discontinuation of outstanding job.

The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:

• Determine priority of concrete production.
• Discontinue production activities due to equipment down, etc.
• Recommend overtime requirement.
• Determine number of truck to transport material from warehouse.
• Approve/reject subordinates' leave request.

• Number of subordinate: 13 people.
• Volume of targeted production: 4,500 cubic-yard/month.
• Number of batch plant: 1 (Note: a new one is under construction).
• Number of equipment: 5 mixer, 2 jacon, 3 getman, 3 loader, 1 forklift.

Requirements
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

• Minimum Education and Experience
• S1 (Civil) with 3 yrs exp.
