Corporate Event Supervisor
Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed processes of designated events for end-users & appointed 3rd party contractors and monitor the result as per request
• Prepare budgetary & settlement details of designated events to be approved & signed-off by authorised officers
• Prepare and follow up presentation, report and administrative that occurs for every event

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in any major
2. 2-3 years direct experience in insurance industry especially in Event/Marketing Department
3. Having knowledge in budgeting and executing event upon user requirements
4. Good analytical thinking, Computer literate
5. Active/team work
6. Communication & coordination skills
7. Knowledge of technical requirements for event detail
8. English literature
9. Delivers to schedule & details oriented
