Bank OCBC NISP (previously known as Bank NISP) is the fourth oldest bank in Indonesia, established on April 4, 1941 in Bandung under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposito Bank.

Bank OCBC NISP currently hiring for the position:

Central Payment Support Officer
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Complaint resolution process and the branches / clients on transactions that occur in Cental Payment Officer.
• Provide information to the branch / unit in connection with transactions other Central Payment Operations.
• Receive and follow up inquiry from receiving Bank / Bank branch correspondent to transfer foreign currency transactions / dollars is problematic.
• Investigate the transaction outgoing / incoming transfer was troubled rupiah currency and through media SWIFT / RTGS / SKN and other telecommunications media.
• Provide the necessary data and reports relating to the operation of the Central Payment Operations.

Requirements

• Male - Female, age max. 30 years
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Management, Information Engineering, GPA min 2.75
• Min 1 year experience.
• Last Performance Appraisal value of at least "GOOD"
• Able to operate MS Excel
• Dynamic, persuasive, have good interpersonal and communication, conscientious, diligent and able to work with the target time and the results are determined.
• Have good analytical skills and can work in a team.
• Placement for the Jakarta area
