Description

Main Tasks

• Assist the Investment Compliance - A & B in the daily monitoring and other tasks related to administrative functions and support Investment Compliance

Responsibilities

• Help chores Investment Compliance, including daily monitoring activities using the Bloomberg system, to check pre and post-trade allocation and follow up on any violations of the investment;
• Perform support functions tasks Investment Compliance, including training and maintain certification and reporting Investment team;
• Assist in correspondence with the Regional Compliance and prepare monthly compliance reports;
• Help maintain awareness of compliance in the Investment Team;
• Perform administrative functions supporting the team;
• Maintain a schedule of Investment Compliance reporting team and assist in ensuring the timeliness of reporting;
• Maintain documentation of Investment Compliance team.

Qualifications

• Degrees in finance or graduate economics
• Communicative - ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
• Master of computer applications MS Office: Excel, Power Point and Words
• Ability to work with numbers and calculations
• Flexible and multi-tasking
