Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Accounting Supervisor position and will be placed at Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports
- In-charge of closing of accounts and preparation of accounting reports including trial balance, balance sheet, P&L, schedule/analysis as required
- Assist in preparing reports for monthly Sales & Operations call eg bridges, etc.
- Coordinate and collect reports/information from other department relating to sales/bookings and others for further analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in achieving company's plan, forecast in terms of on time delivery shipment
- Collate and submit all required statutory tax reports, statutory reports
- Involve in implementation of internal controls and corporate policies
- Supervise accounting and administrative staffs (around 3 to 4 staffs)
- Degree in Accounting specialization
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a full accounting function
- Fluent in English-speak, write and read (reporting to Singapore HQ)
- Highly organized with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Able & Experienced to lead a team to manage the full set of account books
- Preferably those who has working experience in MNC
