- Setup competitive and equitable compensation & benefit for employee
- Analyze salary structure and job evaluation
- Manage compensation and benefit implementation
- Develop retention program
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, with max age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from Human Resources Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years experience in analyzing and designing compensation and benefit
- Good analythical thinking, conceptual thingking, communication skill and also detail oriented
