Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Non Technical Training Manager position and will be placed at Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and implementing non technical training to improve the workforce performance
- Manage programs/processes based on assessed needs and gaps which includes individual development program, leadership development, performance management, etc .
- Plan, develop and organize operational non technical training
- Holding bachelor degree or Master Degree from any major from reputable university
- Male and Female with max age 40 years old
- Min 6 years relevant working experience
- Good analytical and has a strong business acumen
- Strong leadership, interpersonal , organizational and communication skills
