Lobunta Kencana Raya, was first established on January 27, 1973 dedicated to supporting Indonesia's development through its extensive expertise in earthworks and the huge pool of heavy equipment. The establishment itself was really motivated by the consciousness for the need of equipments to carry out any projects satisfactorily. It was a very simple opinion indeed. However, that is the idea to set up the company .

Lobunta Kencana Raya worked hard to invest on transportation and heavy construction equipments and started to participate in many kind of projects. Meanwhile, we improved the management, the system, and recruit compe-tent human resources supporting by up dated technology and facilities.
Since then, the company has steadily grown up to become one of the leading companies in Indonesia. The Group operates on a widely diversified base spanning the construction Et earthworks, heavy equipments rental, sales and maintenance support, mining. oil Et lubricants dealership, property, supplier for mechanical/electrical parts, and assembling plant for Vulcan Rheem Concrete Mixer.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as HRD & GA Officer position.


Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment program to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirement and business objectives
  • Review and clarifies personnel requisitions as to budgeted manpower and job requirements.
  • Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position, that been requested, using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine band, level and position class for each title/positions
  • Oversee and participate in the contracting and coordination of employment agencies involved in the placement of temporary employees.
Requirement :

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession.
  • Min 3 - 5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in mining industry.
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
  • Good in analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to all sites time to time.
