Job Description

• Compile, analyze, plan, and implement the organization of learning activities Individual Development Program is a competency-based Pertamina wide at the Centre for Learning & Unit / Regional Operations.
• Compile, analyze, and plan learning activities budget requirements of competency-based Individual Development Program effectively and efficiently and to meet accountability and auditabilitas company.
• Compile, analyze, and plan the manpower needs of instructors, teaching methods and tools required Individual Development Program learning activities based on competency.
• Internal and external contact for the purposes of organizing Pertamina Individual Development Program learning activities based on competency.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Economics / Engineering / Psychology

Capabilities and competencies:

• Have good communication skills and knowledge of the Leadership development program
• Have a competence knowledge particularly soft competency.
• Excellent English and computer
• Having good Interpersonal Skill
