It has extensive experience in the field of advertising campaign, public relations, event management, sponsorship marketing as well as interactive media.

Now we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fulfill the following positon:

Event Coordinator

Will report to General Manager Event & Interactive and has the responsibility to propose budget, plan, execute event promotions and generate final reports of executed events/promotions to Clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Graduated from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in organizing events/promotions
• Having a good network in event industry (agency, supplier, consultants, etc)
• Able to speak English both written and oral
• Familiar with computers and internet application (MSWord, Excell, Powerpoint, etc)
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Well organized and detail to attention
• Able to work in a tight schedule
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Creatitve, motivated, enthusiastic, and inovative
