Education Local Staff Embassy of Japan

Embassy of Japan is opening the vacancy for the position of Education Section Local Staff who can start work from the date of July 30, 2012 (Monday).


Occupation and Duties:

• Carry out duties relating to the selection and delivery of the Japanese government scholarship recipients.
• Carry out duties relating to the educational cooperation between Indonesia and Japan.
• Gather information and can provide a review of the education system in Indonesia.

The amount required: One (1) person.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen, age maximum 35 years
• Bachelor degree graduated in any field
• Having a certificate Noryoku Nihongo Shiken Level 1 (N 1) or TOEFL English language skills in the 600 (please attach a TOEFL score)

※ Preferably who has experience in Japanese studies.

Documents to be attached:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) (in Japanese or English) and recent photograph size 4x6 (1 sheet)
• Copy of ID card
• Application Letter that outlines the reasons apply (in Japanese or English)
• The copy of transcript
• Copy of certificate Noryoku Nihongo Shiken Level 1 (N 1) or a TOEFL score

The selection process:

The selection process will be conducted in two stages, namely the documents screening and the interview selection.

For those who passed the document screening will be called for interview. Selection results will be communicated to prospective participants at the date of May 10, 2012 (Thursday). For those who have not heard up to that date,You are do not pass the selection of documents.

The selection interview will be notified to all participants of the interview until the date of May 15, 2011.
