- Processing request for procurement of services in accordance with applicable procedures and PTK 007 (sole source, direct selection or tender)
- Performing role as Secretary of Tender Committee.
- Composing and transmitting correspondence work in relation with bid process.
- Arranging Tender Committee Meeting.
- Finalizing Contract and ensuring has been transmitted to contractor.
- Preparing weekly and monthly procurement report.
