This role will see you setting in place a strategic framework robust enough to support our CAE and system simulation work streams. Working closely with key teams across product development, you’ll help the group align their engineering methods, new capability development and process improvements. Measuring current system simulation capability and preparing for forthcoming business priorities will feature too, as you lay solid foundations for our future success.

Candidate Profile

With a relevant engineering degree and experience in developing System Simulation Engineering Methods, you’re ready to make the impact we need. You understand desktop simulation and rapid controller prototyping, and you’ve worked with Software in the Loop and Hardware in the Loop Verification Methods before. Comfortable working with tools such as IP CarMaker and MathWorks, you also have the interpersonal skills needed to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
