Senior Recruitment & Manpower Planning Supervisor

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources management or equivalent.
- At least 12 years experience in HR with 4 years experience in Manpower Planning and 4 years experience in Recruitment.
- Professional in communication and interviewing and has taken extensive courses in customer service aspects.
- Ability to analyze complex problems to propose solutions based on data analysis.
- Ability to introduce innovations in the areas of manpower planning and recruitment and transfer broad concepts into action plans.
- Recommend solutions for ineffective systems / procedures.
- Negotiate and resolve inconsistencies related to managers decisions against Manpower issues.
- Must be able to identify and recommend solutions retaining of employees affected by Qatarization, reevaluation etc.
