- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline. Post Graduate or Diploma in Training and Development and knowledge of work based qualifications and workplace learning system is preferred.
- 12 years experience in Human Resources with a wide range exposure to technical environments, including 8 years within HR various disciplines.
- Exposure to the training system is necessary.
- Experience in providing support to system users is essential along with mobility to provide support.
- Collects and analyse the training needs of all employees (Qataris & expatriates) to recommend training programs / courses required while working closely with the Performance Management in identifying weaknesses requiring improvement through appropriate training to enhance their work performance.
