Key responsibilities:

He/She is responsible to provide support to our customers business by actively promoting and selling Sandvik Mining and Construction aftermarket products and services, with a view to expanding sales.

• To ensure all Service Personnel are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance Provide documentations and reporting on Installations, service and repairs of Rotary Drill applications when required.
• Assess and improve service skill and performance for the customer. This includes organizing Product Training for service personnel for the respective products.
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction and equipment performance over its lifetime and developing direct customer relationships with key clients and to help their teams to trouble shoot technical problems.
• To provide regular internal and external feedback to Rotary Drill Mechanical supervisor and Product Support Manager. This may include service, parts performance and providing significant input into strategic plans for the continued developing training program for service personnel.
• Collect all information related to the Service and Product, ensuring that Service and Research market place for new opportunities and seek out potential clients for new business.
• Assist in the development of budgets and business plans.
• Monitor parts usage patterns and liaise with Parts Manager & Inventory Controllers to increase sales on service and spare parts to reach KPI’s.

Your profile:

• Minimum technical school with strong background of rotary drill with at least 2-3 years in similar roles would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability in SMC Rotary equipment.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm, persuasive and ability to work unsupervised.
• Possess a valid driving license.
