For our Finance department from Prosafe Production Services Pte Ltd entity, we are seeking a candidate for the position as Manager Operating Cost.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and is based in Singapore.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations including, but not limited to: corporate compliance, accounting standards, taxes, statutory reporting / filing and corporate governance in the respective countries that the Company have operations;
Provide support on all aspects of financial, cost & tax accounting relating to operating units, including support to operations and base offices;
Billings to client, including review of group accounts receivables, collections and follow up;
Review operating vessels monthly management reports;
Review vessels’ revenue, operating & tax rolling forecast to ensure completeness and reasonableness;
Review and assist in the preparation of annual financial, operating cost and overhead budgets;
Maintain internal accounting procedures, business processes and improve routines where necessary;
To improve business processes on Opex Accounting;
To promote cohesive team spirit among team members;
Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualification requirements
Education
- Degree qualified with CPA accreditation.
- At least 5 years financial & management accounting with some cross-border experience.
- Working experience in oil & gas and/or shipping industry will be an added advantage.
- Team player with good communication, strong initiative and supervisory skills.
- Have a ‘hands-on’ approach towards work and results-driven.
- Detail-oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.
